Walden Structures will provide warranty assistance for the first year from the date of invoice. Examples of items NOT COVERED that will be billed to you for non-warranty repairs are:
- • Repairs due to misuse, abuse, neglect or other causes from abnormal use;
- • Faulty workmanship that are at mod lines such as roof leaks, ceiling tiles, flooring, and wall repairs;
- • Plumbing problems / clogged valves / etc. associated with dirty waterlines;
- • Clogged toilets / Dirty HVAC filters;
- • Programming or putting batteries in thermostats
